About Chef Richard Havardi: Richard has been a chef specialising in raw and plant based cuisine for the last 15 years. He is the founder of NAMA Foods, a popular raw vegan restaurant that was based in Notting Hill and regularly coaches others in raw food preparation and technique. He is passionate about holistic health, nutrition and meditation and feels that so many of our ailments or deficiencies can be remedied through conscious and balanced eating and consistent meditative practice.
