Celebrate summery blooms in our second JVS screen-printing workshop creating artwork inspired by nature.In this Sunday afternoon workshop, we will use easy-to-learn screen-printing techniques to make colourful designs on paper or fabric.
Participants will draw simple forms such as leaves and flowers, cut them out to make stencils and then make painterly prints.
All equipment/basic materials provided - including cotton tote bags to decorate - and you can also bring a T-shirt or other material to print on if you wish. If you want a tote bag please select this option on booking. Or alternatively you can bring your own and select the cheaper option.
Additional designs and messages can be added by hand.
Absolutely no prior experience necessary. Lots of examples will be on display.
Maximum 10 participants so early booking recommended.
The session will be led by artist Judith Devons.
